SHIPPING

We always try to process all orders within 1 3 days and ship within 15 days from the
time they’re made.
Most often, we have it ready for shipment the very next day.
Important Note:
Due to an increased volume of orders during particular releases, sales or holidays,the
handling of your order may take a few days extra.
We are doing our best to get all orders out as asoon as possible.

GREECE

Orders within Greece can be either shipped or be picked up in our store,
at Syntagma Square, Athens.
We ship all orders with ELTA Courier, which is fast enough with hundreds
of points of delivery all over the country.Once shipped, we are providing the tracking
number at your order page with e-mail notification.
If by any chance you face difficulties with the delivery, please feel free to contact us
and we will take immediate action.

CHARGE

-Orders above 60€  Free Shipping
-Orders below 60€  Expenses of 5€

STORE PICKUP

You can pick up your order in our store as soon as you receive a confirmation email or
sms by us. We need a 24 hours timeframe to confirm the product availability and inform
the customer.

Upon completing your purchase, we will securely hold your selected item for a period of
3 days.

However, we kindly request that you finalize your purchase and claim your item within
the specified 3-day period. After this grace period, the item will be released for general
availability. This policy allows us to manage our inventory effectively and offer a
seamless shopping experience to all our customers.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from
collecting your purchase within the designated timeframe. If you encounter any issues
or require additional assistance, please contact our customer support team at your
earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a
suitable solution.

All items are being shipped with ELTA and usually take 5-9 working days to
receive, depending on the country.
Once shipped, we are providing the tracking number at your order page with e-mail
notification.

*Items below 2kg - Expenses of 19.90€
*Items above 2kg - Expenses of 29.90€
*Per extra item - Expenses of 9.90€

REST OF THE WORLD

All items are being shipped with ELTA and usually take 10-20 working days to receive,
depending on the country.
Once shipped, we are providing the tracking number at your order page with e-mail
notification.
