Buy now, pay later, or BNPL, is a type of installment loan. It divides your purchase into multiple equal payments, with the first due at checkout. The remaining payments are billed to your debit or credit card until your purchase is paid in full.

If we are unable to collect the payment on the scheduled date, we will try again. If that payment attempt also fails the missed payment will be added to the amount of the next scheduled payment.
Please note, missed payments and unpaid debts are sent to debt collection. You can extend your next payment date by 14 days once per order.

Please contact the store you bought your items from to request a return or refund. They will let you know if a return is possible and will inform you of the refund amount, based on their own return policy.
Any payments made will be directly refunded to your card once the store accepts your return. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the funds to appear on your account.
Follow the store’s return instructions and then let us know which items you have returned by reporting a return in the app:

Heads up, if you later wish to return more items than you initially reported in the app, be sure to let the store know so your order details can be updated by the store.
If you have returned goods ordered online to the physical store keep proof of the return until your return has been registered.
